my ex-boyfriend, A. -- he loved me enough to ask me to marry him and to put a ring on my finger! he truly is a great musician. his sense of humor is great! he really knows how to make people feel comfortable and get them to have a good time! he's a hard worker. he's romantic and likes to treat people well.
(this began quite painful and ended with me feeling so, so, SO happy!)

my father -- he is such a grounded man. he genuinely loves his entire, beautiful family SO much. he's forgiving. he's protective, and it's cute. he's proud of his kids. he still calls us his "babies." he likes being with my mom and taking care of her and all of us. he's a good poker player. he knows that a little fun has its place in the scheme of things. he always understands now. he intends to not move and to keep loving. he provides. he's emotionally available. he's respectable. he respects. he's honorable. he has class. he's modest. he's pleasant. i LOVE him!

i could sing now, i swear. this has felt so good. i didn't mean to include Cortnee here in my list of positive aspects. it was an exercise--but it's so easy to have positive things to say about her, and it just happened! oh, i'm still so proud of and very happy for her!
